The title pretty much sums it up. I've had it for about 4 years. Best tool I own by far. Heavily used, but I always try and take care of it.
I few months ago I noticed that it doesn't seem to always brake momentum when I release the trigger. Now it never does. It also seems to get rather hot. Maybe this is normal, not sure. there is also a whining which persists for a few seconds now after releasing the trigger. Similar to what you would hear you just barely held in the trigger.
My first guess would be that the trigger is going but I hoped someone else had seen this issue and resolved it.
I know Milwaukee has a warranty, but I've already gone through this once with one of their sanders. Their tools are top notch, but a warranty is still a warranty. Too much of a hassle. I'd rather fix myself.
